    No only one manning can be accredited / supply crew to one particular vessel unless it is a special vessel ie Cruise vessel where one can crew then other manning agent the catering department likewise with off shore one agent can supply crew and another agent operation crew.

  • Does a Filipino Seafarer need any requirements to join vessel other than COC, visa etc?
    Yes as per Filipino regulations / rules joining crew member must hold processed POEA employment contract and medical certificate “Fit for sea service” which must comply to at least the minimum requirements set out by Philippine Government Authorities.
